Ingredients:
Beef (lean cut), sawtooth coriander, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, chilli, Thai basil, Sichuan pepper, kesom, coriander, salt
Instruction:
- Cut the beef into small even-sized cubes.
- Pound the herbs into a paste, and mix with the meat. Leave to marinate for a few minutes (marinate longer for better flavours).
- Skewer the meat and grill over charcoal, for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked. Do not overcook it.
